- 60 ml Zoya Gin
- 10 ml cranberry juice
- Ice cubes
- Garnish – 1 vanilla pod for garnish
- Garnish – 1 edible flower
- Martini glass
METHOD:
- Begin by adding a vanilla pod to a tumbler, then pour in the cranberry juice, followed by Zoya Gin.
- Muddle the mix gently to release its delicate flavours, then add four ice cubes to chill it.
- Stir a few times to blend the ingredients, dip and taste to ensure the balance is just right.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a vanilla pod and an edible flower for an elegant finish.
Crown Gin Highball
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large ice cube
- 60 ml Zoya gin
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- 20 ml grapefruit juice
- 10 ml lime juice
- 120 ml tonic water
- Garnish with blueberry & grapefruit

- Ice
- 60 ml Zoya Gin
- 20 ml cardamom syrup
- 30 ml espresso
- Coffee beans for garnish

- 45 ml Pumori Gin

- 60 ml Pumori Gin
- 15 ml lime juice
- 10 ml simple syrup
- 120 ml Soda water – 120ml
METHOD:
- Shake the base ingredients: Shake the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice.
- Strain over ice: Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top up and serve: Top up with soda water and enjoy.
Gin Basil Smash
INGREDIENTS:
- 60 ml Pumori Gin
- 5-6 basil leaves
- 2 Kaffir Lime leaves
- 10 ml simple syrup
- 7.5 ml Lime juice
METHOD:
- Muddle the herbs: Muddle the basil and kaffir lime leaves in a shaker.
- Add the ingredients: Add ice along with the gin, honey simple syrup, and lime juice.
- Shake until chilled: Shake well to combine and chill the mixture.
