Disha Patani’s Sister Khushboo Shares Easy Workouts To Strengthen Legs And Knees

Last Updated:

Disha Patani’s elder sister, Khushboo, took to her social media to share a series of home workouts that can help in strengthening legs and knees.

Incorporating leg and knee strengthening exercises helps improve joint stability.

While actor Disha Patani often takes to her social media to share her glamorous fashion looks and her intensive workout routines, her sister Khushboo Patani also uses her social media to motivate her fans to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. Recently, Khushoo took to her Instagram to share a series of easy home workouts that can help you strengthen your legs and knees.

Taking to her Instagram, Khushboo Patani shared a series of nine easy home workouts that you can perform without using any complex gym equipment. Sharing the video, she wrote, “Leg And Knee Strengthening Home Workouts.” The ex-Major was dressed in a comfortable pink t-shirt and black gym shorts as she sweated it out at her home.

Take a look at the exercises shared by Khusboo here.

Khushboo’s leg and knee strengthening workout began with simple squats, where she extended her arms horizontally every time she performed a squat. For the next exercise, she increased the intensity of these squats as she jumped from right to left every time she got up. She followed it up with squat walks and some leg stretches. She ended the exercise with some twists to work the knees, push-ups, and touching the floor with her palms.

Many social media users took to the comment section to praise Khushboo for sharing this easy routine. Even her sister Disha commented on the post. Incorporating leg and knee strengthening exercises into your workout routine is crucial for improving joint stability, preventing injuries, and enhancing overall mobility. Strong leg muscles support better balance, posture, and performance in both daily activities and sports. They also help reduce the risk of knee pain and make movements like walking, climbing stairs, and standing for long periods easier.
