Diana Penty wore a style that seamlessly combined modern power dressing with an air of elegant appeal to grace the ultra-exclusive opening evening of Ajio Luxe Weekend, which has as its theme The Gilded Hour. The event, which was held to introduce the fifth edition of ALW, honoured Tyaani’s flawless blending of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design, providing a lavish backdrop in which fashion and movie style icons redefined runway glitz. Diana stood out in her well chosen outfit, which struck a mix between soft feminine accents and rigid tailoring, among the play of light and shadow.

The actress wore the striking black co-ord Zipper Frill Blazer Set (39,000) by Mellodrama, which radiated an edgy elegance. The finely fitted blazer gave the traditional black suit a daring, contemporary twist, with zipper frill detailing on the shoulders and skirt hem. The midi-length skirt stood out against the evening’s grandeur because it echoed the blazer’s elaborate detailing and added a bit of movement and drama. The style, which is equal parts classic and contemporary, blends in perfectly with the showcase’s idea of subtle luxury.

The Rabanne Iconic Silver Nano 1969 Bag (₹97,300) was a glittering statement piece that Diana added to her attire to make it stand out against the structured black ensemble. The metallic chain-link design of the bag reinforced the modern-meets-classic style with a hint of futuristic glitter. She further anchored the ensemble in strong sophistication with her choice of footwear, the Stuart Weitzman Stuart Maverick 75 Boots (€448). Her dominant presence on the runway was highlighted by the sleek knee-high boots, which gave the feminine frill embellishments a bit of edge thanks to their pointed toe and sharp design.

Her cosmetic choices were a perfect match for her stylish clothing. Diana’s choice of soft, voluminous waves gave her structured appearance a carefree elegance while counterbalancing the severe tailoring with an air of casual ease. With a beautiful matte base, delicately sculpted cheeks, and a soft nude lip that radiated understated luxury, her makeup was simple yet striking. Smoky, defined eyes added a daring yet elegant touch that enhanced the overall appeal of her outfit.

Diana Penty set the standard for power dressing at The Gilded Hour with an ensemble that combined delicate accents with crisp tailoring. Her outfit was the epitome of modern luxury, where elegance blends with a daring modern edge and structure meets fluidity. Diana’s look, which epitomises sophistication and contemporary femininity, continues to be one of the most memorable as the Ajio Luxe Weekend rewrites fashion tales.
